What they do is they keep their contacts with the marriage hall owners etc so whenever decoration is required, their flowers can be sold easily in large amounts because on such occasions flowers are used in a huge amount so keeping contacts with wedding planners, marriage hall owners etc gives them a lot of business because marriages happen throughout the year even if its inflation or recession.

Many of them earn enough from their annual sale in marriage ceremonies that they do not even need to sell their flowers through other occasionsetc. Even they offer their services for decorating cars for marriage, halls so along with the flowers they get paid for their services also.The florists keep contacts with institutions also. Nowadays most of the education institutes have started to promote a lot of festivals, seminars etc for their marketing, student grooming etc and décor is amongst the most priority based tasks in all those events so use of flowers is Inevitable. That gives them enough profit because number of educational institutes in a particular city is huge nowadays so almost throughout the year they get a chance to sell their flowers and earn enough profits.
