Consider the Sleeping Environment. Certainly, not everyone enjoy the correct sleep cycle. If you are suffering from insomnia, there is a tendency to have an interrupted cycle. Then, you will need to persuade your sleep cycle on when is the right time to sleep as well as the right time to wake up.
In order to do that, you need to have a lower body temperature. This makes you drowsy, while high temperature makes you alert.
Creating an environment with an ideal room temperature of 65 – 70 degrees F will give your body low temperature which will make you feel drowsy and fall asleep. .
To make it more effective, you should encourage the production of a chemical known as ‘melatonin’, which induces sleep. Darkness would release melatonin.
Exercise. To make your sleep cycle even better, you will need to do exercise preferably in daytime under the sun. This will help you raise your body temperature. Maintaining a high body temperature at daytime will make your body temperature drop and you would fall asleep easily as the night approaches.
